How to Order
General: We operate the S.S.L. security system for all on line transactions. Users should have Internet Explorer 6.0 or above, Firefox, Netscape 8 or above, in order to access our secure payment gateway.
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Paypal & EFT as payment methods.
The security and increasing total acceptance of credit card payment for web transactions leads us to list this as the simple efficient and secure system of payment.
If you have an objection to this method, and sincerely wish to purchase, please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will make alternative arrangements.
To Order: Shop throughout our online store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart by clicking the "Buy" button located next to the product. You may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.
When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date. Regular shipping is always FREE with Fresh, however, any express mail charges will be listed before your final checkout. You will then receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer to for tracking purposes. Please include your day time and night time phone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.
If any item is out of stock you will be notified and your credit card will refunded.

We believe we have the most competitive prices on the internet and would be very interested if you find any other company cheaper than us. Fresh will match or beat any online retailer. Please note that we are only able to price match a product(s) prior to placing an order. We therefore suggest you contact us prior to placing an order so that we can arrange a price match.*
Please remember most distributors and web sites charge for delivery, we do not. Only compare the total net delivered cost with our price as quoted.

Delivery
FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.
 All orders will be dispatched by air freight within 24 hours to country of destination. From there, they will be carried on by registered post to your home or work address. Please note that we source our products from many distributors around the world with our major distribution centre being located in Hong Kong. This is the most central location allowing us to deliver goods to our customers around the world.

Customers worldwide have the option of paying a small premium for delivery in 3 days by speedpost.

As fragrances are now classed as dangerous goods, please allow between 10-14 working days for delivery of fragrances.

If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Returns and Cancellations
Returns: We guarantee a full money back refund if you are dissatisfied in any way prior to the product being opened. (Notification must be within 7 days of receipt please). We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used. Please note that we are also unable to accept returns on incorrectly ordered products, change of mind, or if you have found the same product for a lower price elsewhere (please refer to our price match section for more information). It is therefore very important that you place your order carefully.
Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up. If there is any defect in the product on receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time. Please send back with the following:-
Name & address, e-mail number, Original order number, Reason for return
Please e-mail us at support@fragrancesandcosmetics.com.au so we can inform you where to send and arrange the refund.
Please note we can only refund the total cost of goods, if there are shipping charges to be refunded we will offer you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement. We will also only be able to refund your order once the product(s) have been returned and received by Fresh. We therefore urge you to contact Fresh Customer Services for further instructions regarding your return.
Cancellations: Due to the order processing of our web site we cannot accept cancellations. Please make sure you select your products carefully.
Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers purchased only will be valid for a period of 12 months, after the 12 months the gift voucher will become inactive and cannot be used or validated. No refunds on gift vouchers.

Fresh Fragrances & Cosmetics has supported and provided donations to a number of charities, events and organisations since launching in 2004. We have provided donations to the following organisations:
- CARE Australia is the largest non-political non-religious overseas aid organisation in the country, providing humanitarian assistance across the globe - http://www.careaustralia.org.au/. Fresh donated $2 from every order received in January 2005.
- The Clean Ocean Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that works extremely hard to protect our ocean ecosystem and establish sustainable water management practices. - http://www.cleanocean.org.au. Fresh donated $1 from every order received in March 2005.
- National Breast Cancer Foundation. Since 1994 the National Breast Cancer Foundation has been Australia's only independent, not-for-profit community organization supporting and promoting high quality research into the prevention, detection and treatment of breast cancer. Ovarian Cancer Australia conducts a range of awareness campaigns and information services which are designed to educate women about the early warning signs and risk factors for this silent killer. In the absence of a specific screening test for ovarian cancer, awareness is the best defense. # From the 1st of October 2008 to the 15th of October 2008, Fresh donated $2 from every order to this worthy cause.
- Victorian Bush Fire Appeal 2009. Fresh Fragrances and Cosmetics pledged to donate all profits from sales Wednesday 11th of February and Thursday 12th of February to the Red Cross & Country Fire Authority to assist in the support and rebuilding of the affected communities. With the help of our customers, we raised $1400. We thank all our customers for their support.
